Welcome to my Website

My name is Ilaria D'Angelis, I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Boston College.

My current research concerns how the structure of the labor market, its functioning and its evolution affect workers' outcomes. My job market paper focuses on the impact of employers' provision of valuable amenities on the gender wage gap among young, highly educated Americans.

I am on the academic job market 2021/2022 and will be available for interviews at the virtual EJME and ASSA.
