I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

My current research focuses on understanding the nature of the constraints that men and women face in labor markets, and their potentially heterogeneous implications on labor market outcomes. I am specifically interested in studying workplace benefits and work arrangements whose availability may improve the work-life balance of parents, including parental leave, remote work arrangements, childcare, schedule flexibility.
